Monthly Update: May – June 2026 (Justice Delivered)

We are deeply grateful for another good month of meaningful work with our clients.

One of the most meaningful victories this period was securing the release of a foreign national who had been detained for four months at the Bureau of Immigration. After engaging our firm, he walked out a free man with no charges filed against him. This kind of result is exactly why we do what we do.

Our team continues to invest in excellence. We are proud to now have a certified Data Privacy Officer, complementing our existing AI Governance Professional and Certified Information Privacy Professional credentials. Our Managing Partner completed the UC Berkeley Certification for Master of Laws Success Academy as part of its pioneer batch, while our paralegal and two business partners earned their Food Safety Compliance Officer certifications.

On the ground, we:

• Completed inventory and due diligence for the estate settlement of a more than 40-hectare property in Samar, in collaboration with another office

• Engaged a new estate settlement involving a property dispute in Taguig City

• Filed Complaint Affidavits for BP 22, Estafa, and Attempted Murder

• Initiated two new civil actions
